The Executive Women of Color Roundtable (EWoC) is a program of the Virginia Civic Engagement Table (VCET) that provides a space for women and femme executive leaders of color to gather, collaborate, and organize. Born out of the Staff of Color Roundtable (SCoR), EWoC serves as a sibling program for this growing group of leaders. EWoC will be launching in June of 2022 and start by first building a shared agenda and collective purpose.
