The arrival of apportionment data has ignited a flurry of census-related commotion this week, including several lawsuits. According to The Hill, the “National Redistricting Action Fund, a nonprofit allied with the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, filed what’s known as ‘impasse litigation’ in Louisiana, Minnesota and Pennsylvania on Monday.” You can read more about these new lawsuits here.
